The Journal of Condensed Matter & Advanced Materials (JCMAM) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes high-quality theoretical, computational, and experimental research at the interface of condensed matter physics and modern materials science.

JCMAM covers a broad range of topics, including theoretical and computational modeling (such as density functional theory, band-structure analysis, and quantum transport), quantum materials and topological systems, and experimental investigations of magnetic and spintronic materials.

The journal also welcomes research on advanced materials for data storage and energy applications, as well as device-oriented studies in optoelectronics, sensing, and applied physics. Overall, JCMAM emphasizes interdisciplinary research spanning two-dimensional materials, thin films, quantum transport, magnetic systems, and functional materials relevant to real-world energy and information technologies.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous and transparent peer-review process. The journal aims to provide authors with initial editorial decisions within an average timeframe of 3–6 weeks, depending on reviewer availability and manuscript complexity.

Articles published in JCMAM are made freely available under an open-access model and distributed in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) License, allowing unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction provided the original work is properly cited.
