Author Guidelines

1. Manuscript Types

The journal accepts the following types of manuscripts:

  • Original Articles
  • Review Articles
  • Short Communications
  • Perspectives

3. Referencing Style

Keep the same referencing style as provided in the journal template.

4. Author Responsibilities

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for:

  • Obtaining permission to publish any third-party material included in the submission (e.g., photographs, documents, datasets)
  • Ensuring that all listed authors have agreed to be identified as authors and approve the submitted version
  • Confirming that the research complies with ethical standards

Where applicable, research must be approved by an appropriate ethics committee, in accordance with the legal requirements of the country in which the study was conducted.

5. Ethics and Publication Policies

  • Plagiarism: Manuscripts must be original and free from plagiarism.
  • Duplicate Submissions: Simultaneous submission to multiple journals is not permitted.
  • Conflict of Interest: All authors must declare any potential conflicts of interest.
  • Ethical Approval: Studies involving humans or animals must include an ethics approval statement where required.
  • Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): The use of AI tools is not permitted for generating manuscript text or scientific content. AI may only be used for language editing purposes, such as reviewing grammar, spelling, and clarity. Authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, and integrity of the submitted work.

6. Data Availability

Authors must include a Data Availability Statement indicating where the data supporting the findings can be accessed, or explaining why data sharing is not applicable.

7. Submission Checklist

Before submitting, please ensure that:

  • The manuscript follows the journal’s formatting guidelines
  • All required sections are included
  • Figures meet resolution requirements
  • References are complete and correctly formatted
  • Conflict of interest and ethics statements are provided

8. Minimum Technical Requirements

  • Figures: Figures should have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Acceptable file formats include PNG, PDF and high-quality JPEG. All figures must be clearly labeled and suitable for both online and print display.
  • Equations: Mathematical equations may be prepared using LaTeX or standard equation editors. All symbols and variables must be clearly defined.
  • Units: All measurements and quantities must be reported using the International System of Units (SI).
  • Abstract and Keywords: Abstracts should be between 150 and 250 words. Authors should provide 4–8 keywords that accurately reflect the content of the manuscript.
