Aims

The Journal of Translational Health & Precision Medicine aims to publish high-quality, peer-reviewed research that advances the translation of scientific discovery into clinical practice, public health application, health policy, and implementation science.

The journal seeks to bridge gaps between basic research, clinical investigation, population health, and real-world health outcomes by promoting interdisciplinary and methodologically rigorous scholarship with clear translational relevance.

A core objective of the journal is to support research that improves diagnostics, therapeutics, health systems, and preventive strategies through evidence-based, ethically conducted, and clinically meaningful contributions.

Scope

The journal welcomes submissions from a broad range of disciplines related to translational and precision health, including but not limited to:

  • Translational medicine and clinical research

  • Precision medicine and personalized healthcare

  • Molecular and genetic diagnostics

  • Biomarkers and omics-based research

  • Digital health, artificial intelligence, and health data science

  • Epidemiology and population health

  • Public health interventions and implementation science

  • Health systems research and health policy

  • Preventive medicine and population-based strategies

  • Clinical trials and real-world evidence studies

Submissions involving preclinical, experimental, computational, or in silico approaches are considered only when authors clearly articulate their translational relevance and potential implications for human health.

Translational Relevance Requirement

All submissions must include a mandatory Translational Relevance Statement. This statement should explicitly describe how the findings contribute to clinical practice, public health, diagnostics, policy development, or implementation in real-world health settings.

Manuscripts that do not demonstrate clear translational relevance may be returned to authors without external peer review.

Multidisciplinary and Global Focus

The journal encourages multidisciplinary collaboration and welcomes contributions from researchers, clinicians, policymakers, and public health professionals worldwide. Emphasis is placed on research that addresses global health challenges and promotes equitable, evidence-based health solutions.
