Open Access & APC Policy

Open Access Policy

The Journal of Translational Health & Precision Medicine is an open access journal. All articles published in the journal are made freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication, without subscription barriers or access restrictions.

The journal supports the broad dissemination of scientific knowledge and promotes equitable access to research findings for researchers, clinicians, policymakers, and the public worldwide.

Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain copyright of their work and grant the journal the right to publish the article under an open access model in accordance with the journal’s licensing policies. Licensing details are clearly stated at the time of publication.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)

The Journal of Translational Health & Precision Medicine currently charges no submission fees and no article processing charges (APCs).

If the journal introduces APCs in the future, this will be communicated clearly and transparently on the journal website in advance. Any such announcement will include the APC amount, details of what the charge covers, and information on any applicable waiver or discount policies.

No APC will be applied retroactively. Any future APC would apply only to manuscripts submitted on or after the officially announced effective date. Manuscripts submitted prior to that date, as well as all previously published articles, will not be subject to APCs.

Waivers and Discounts

Should APCs be introduced in the future, the journal will establish transparent waiver or discount policies to ensure equitable access to publication opportunities, particularly for authors from resource-limited settings.

Archiving and Preservation

The journal is committed to the long-term preservation and accessibility of published content through appropriate digital archiving and preservation mechanisms.
